When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5pm Central time will ship on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. We are a family-owned business, so from time to time we may be closed for a week or more. In these cases, there will be a large message displayed across the top of our pages telling you when we will reopen. Orders placed during these times will ship when we reopen.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that your local, state, county, regional, or national government pay impose tariffs or import duties on goods from the United States. We cannot inform you of these charges or answer questions about them, because we don't live where you live.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a number of shipping options and information on how long that shipping takes. Please note this timing is from when your order ships, not from when it was placed. We cannot predict or avoid delays in mail delivery once your package has been shipped, so please be aware of the possibility of such a delay.
